All payments made towards ITR filing or consultation services at Lakshya Financials are final and non-refundable once processing has begun.
In cases of duplicate payments or accidental transactions, please reach out to us at lakshyafinancial15@gmail.com within 48 hours. Any such requests will be reviewed, and eligible refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
No refund will be provided for delay in service due to client-side issues such as delayed document submission, wrong information, or non-responsiveness.
All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Lakshya Financials. We are committed to fair and transparent resolution of every genuine concern.
